Returns & Refunds Policy Last updated: 1 April 2026
Your right to return You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
How to request a return Email us at homeactiveuk.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping costs Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No restocking fees are charged.
Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-delivery claims If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at homeactiveuk.store@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we will offer a replacement or full refund. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Exceptions For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or where the original packaging has been opened (e.g. resistance bands, massage equipment). This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.
